Position: Logistics Manager Location: Kent Position: My client is looking for a High Calibre Logistics Manager to manage and coordinate all logistical issues relating to the Project. The Role will also require liaison with Local Neighbours and the Local Authority to suit the needs of the Project. The Logistics Manager shall be Site based and ultimately report to the Project Director, but will have a Key interface with the Project Managers and their teams. Qualifications / Experience: Construction Background, Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role Responsibilities: Formulation, implementation, development and review of Project Logistics Plan to suit the needs of the Project. Initial Site Set up and all adaptions required to suit needs of the Project. Liaison and Point of contact with Residential and Business neighbours Liaison and Point of contact with Local Authority Environmental / Construction Impact Team. Liaison and Point of contact with Local Emergency Services, particularly Police. Production and arrange distribution of regular Newsletter to Neighbours. Formulation, implementation, development and review of Project Waste Management Plan. Formulation, implementation, development and review of the Project Traffic Management Plan. Formulation, implementation, development and review of Tenant's Retail Fit Out Guide including the interaction of Tenants Contractors during the Construction Phase. On Site Management of all Logistical Issues including but not limited to - Deliveries, Plant & Traffic Movements, Waste Management and Attendant Support Labour Workforce

Position: Bid Manager, Southampton Salary: £60-£70k + car/car allowance + package Job Summary: My client is seeking a Bid Manager to add to their existing pre-construction team structure due to significant growth and demand. You will be working alongside a Senior Bid Manager and reporting into a Pre-Construction Director. You will either be an experienced Bid Manager working for a recognised main contractor or you may have worked in a delivery role such as Project Manager who has had experienced of tendering and pre-construction. Arrange tender submission document production and checking. 9. Ensure appropriate member of bid team answer queries from subcontractors/suppliers. 10. Arrange site visit. 11. Ensure Risk analysis and Risk Register are produced. 12. Request further information from Client/Design Team and arrange meeting if required. 13. Internal meetings to review design alternatives/value management. 14. Ensure pricing reflects the proposed methodology. 15. Agree proposed Prelims. 16. Liaise with builders' conference. 17. Attend Adjudication Meeting. 18. Co-ordinate post tender negotiations with Client. 20. Maintain/pursue business development opportunities. 21. Ensure that final tender information is entered on RIMS. 22. Attend hand-over meeting and brief team on tender bid. 23. Organise and lead Design Team Meetings, if D & B (if no Design Manager involved). 24. Undertake project debrief, eliciting feedback from sites, to improve construction. 25. Manage second stage. Position: Project Manager (No.1 on site) Salary: £65,000-£70,000 + car allowance + attractive benefits Location: Chichester, West Sussex The Role: Standalone number one Project Manager to oversee a £5m new build, steel frame office and workshops. This is a lovely project for someone to deliver from start through to completion, they will need be a fully fledged Project Manager, number one on site, who can deal with and liaise with the client's architects and consultants as well oversee design and do the programme/planning for the project. They will also need to be out on site coordinating trades and pushing the job through its 52 week programme, with the possibility of additional works as the project progresses.
