Our client is currently looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor for a number of projects. You will be responsible for providing the business with Cost Management for assigned developments from Land Procurement to the completion of Sub Contract Final Accounts and Statuary Authority Adoption Certificates, and also: •Package procurement based on robust and thorough processes including; •General Contract Administration tasks including; •Cost/ change control and monitoring •Cost reporting •Measurement, estimating, cost exercises and benchmarking •Working with the company’s bespoke Contract •Reviewing and assessing contractor competency •Assisting with monthly cost, project reporting and associated documentation Candidate Requirements: •Must have a minimum of roughly 5 years Quantity Surveying experience •A minimum of HNC or HND in Quantity Surveying •Must have worked for a Residential Developer or Main Contractor for at least 3 years •Must have residential build experience Benefits : •Basic salary of up to £65,000 (depending on experience) •Company Car or Allowance •Pension •Healthcare Applications for this vacancy will only be considered if we are provided with a full CV detailing your recent work experience, inclusive of dates of employment.
