My client a specialist in civils and highways maintenance require a Client Integration Manager to be based in between the office and out on site as the first point of contact for their client. You’ll have an excellent understanding of the construction industry, previous site experience and a good understanding of drainage, civils and highways. You’ll be involved in all stages from ECI (early contractor involvement) through to site handover and will be working closely with the client to ensure that the schemes are run as smoothly as possible. This role would suit someone that has previously been based out on site now looking to move into a more office based role. A van, laptop and fuel card are also included as part of the package

You’ll have an excellent understanding of the construction industry, previous experience in drainage, civils and highways is essential. The role requires contract management experience including technical, commercial & contractual processes. You’ll be involved in the negotiation and procurement of sub-contractor labour, plant & materials. Overview Managing own contracts (from initial handover to final account) Reporting in to Company Directors (Progress and Financial) Pre-Order Meeting with Clients and Contract negotiation Ensuring all sites are ran profitably and safely Requirements Sound knowledge of groundworks / drainage / civils / highways and a good understanding of the technical, commercial and contractual processes involved Previous experience of the civil engineering industry Commercially astute Full driving licence
