An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Building Senior Technician to join an established service provider in Dover.
As Building Senior Technician you will work in a team providing a broad range of building / construction expertise across the site to maintain and improve existing buildings, infrastructure and other structures or facilities.
To carry out this role you must have the following skills and qualifications:
• Trade background
• HNC or HND in an appropriate building / construction discipline
• Working knowledge of CDM Regulations
• Good knowledge of Building Regulations
• Site supervision with particular regard to specification compliance, quality and health & safety.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience is required in a similar role including:
• Assessment of building / construction defects
• Building engineering and design
• Budget management
• Management of contractors
• Risk and environmental assessments
• Maintenance planning
• Estimating
This is a challenging role involving work on a diverse range of projects.

We are currently working on behalf of a client in Dover who are seeking a Plumber to join their Maintenance department.
Our client has a number of sites in Dover so limited traveling will be required between the sites, it is essential that you have a full UK clean driving licence.
You will have extensive knowledge, experience and qualifications in plumbing maintenance, you will be competent in all aspect of plumbing and have an understanding of how a service provider operates.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate that you have both planned and preventative maintenance experience.
You will have a full clean driving licence.
This role is initially being offered on a temporary to permanent basis, with the successful candidate commencing employment on the 31st January 2017
