Senior Project Engineer - Multi-discipline specialist contractor - Bolton
Completing a project is pretty satisfying.
Completing a project on some of the most iconic structural and civil engineering projects which the UK can offer - even better.
Look them up, our work has included the Tay Bridge in Dundee, the Royal Albert Bridge in Cornwall, Jodrell Bank and the London Underground.
We need you to work on these developments and take responsibility for the structural refurbishment required to maintain these pieces of our engineering heritage.
Taking the engineering drawings from the customer, it will be your responsibility to ensure that these are correct, fit for purpose and deal with any technical issues appropriately.
Your role is key to providing a quality service to our customers - you link the site, fabrications and contracts departments so your ability to deal with the different personalities of stakeholders at different levels of seniority is crucial.
You are not going to be tied to your desk either as you will visit sites, conduct surveys and liaise with the customer.
The company are going places too, turnover has increase 286% over the past five years and they currently employ 400 people across 14 UK sites.
