Finishing Foreman - Littlehampton - £35-40K My Client is a large and established housebuilder, involved with an ongoing project of 250 new build traditional houses, panning over the next 3-4 years. They are looking for a Finishing Foreman near Worthing, West Sussex. The Role; As Finishing Foreman you will be expected to join a project that is currently in it's first phase. 50 units are currently at different levels of construction and the Showhome has recently been completed. The work is going to be fast paced so you need to be someone with drive and experience so you can stand on your own two feet. You must have similar experience, managing trades and snagging while reporting into the Project Manager. * Working and liaising with the site manager and assistant site manager * Liaising, meeting and managing sub-contractors * Maintaining and implementing high levels of health and safety * Reading drawings * Managing the finishes of each unit, creating snagging lists and subsequentlycoordinating trades and labour to complete them Your experience; The ideal candidate will come from a carpentry, painting, decorating background and must have CSCS & SMSTS. My client is a well respected and established developer who are now in the market for an Assistant Site Manager on a project in Epsom which has 60 houses still to build out before the end of the project. The role requires someone with proven experience of managing externals and superstructure and who ideally will have worked on NHBC award winning project previously. First Aid, CSCS and First Aid are also required as are recent references.
