My client is a leading Building Services CAD/BIM Bureau based in Essex and are seeking an Administrator to join their growing team.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Expert use of Microsoft Word & Excel
- Experience working within an M&E consultancy or Contractor
- Minimum of 3 years experience
- Be able to hit the ground running
- Strong organisational skills
- Be able to use initiative
- Good verbal and interpersonal competence
- Professional Approach
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support to the MD
- General Admin Support – typing emails /letters
- Document Control – accessing web portals to download information
- Collate drawings and information into folders for the PM`s
- Managing Booking of Point Cloud survey engineers
- Compiling project plans excel and Microsoft project (not essential as training can be provided on Project)
- Answering calls/enquiries
- Following up clients for feedback on projects and quotes
- Assisting in compiling quotations
- Managing Holiday request/sickness forms
- Compiling weekly feedback reports to clients from the PM`s

- This role requires someone who has good attention to detail, who works quickly and efficiently and who is happy carrying out a varied and busy role.
- You will act as a point of contact for financial administration and should use your initiative in order to deliver the quality of service that is required of the role.

- Sending out regular statements to clients
- Maintaining up to date and accurate records
- Preparing teams expenses submissions
- Assist with the development and design of company marketing products and co-ordinate marketing
- events;
- Copy typing of surveys, reports, correspondence & presentations, asset registers, contracts, minutes
- General Admin – telephone and receptionist duties; filing/archiving; diary management
