One of London's most successful residential developers is currently searching for an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in RC-frame projects as well as a firm emphasis on quality. This company specialises in high end developments which are generally riverside and long term. Many of their projects include commercial elements such as shops restaurants and hotels as well as recreational spaces such as leisure facilities parks and landscaped riverside walkways. The successful candidate would be required to join a team on a very fast paced and challenging project valued at £500 Million with the current phase valuing £80 Million. Role: - Lead a management team on a challenging and sophisticated project, requiring the individual to liaise with people at different levels within the company. - Keep daily records of project operations and deliver reports to the Project Director. - Ensure strict Health and Safety Regulations are upheld at all time during the project. Required: - 3+ years working in a Senior Project Manager role previously. - Experience managing a range of subcontractors with 100+ operatives at a time. - Experience working on projects with RC Frames. - Experience working on projects in excess of £30 Million. Valuing at £5m the project will comprise circa 30 new build houses both traditional build and timber frame. Contracts Manager – Main Contractor – Multiple Projects – London, Berkshire & Hampshire - £65,000 - £70,000 per annum. A well established Main Contractor are seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee a number of projects in London, Berkshire and Hampshire. The company are experts in the construction of commercial buildings, retail parks and distribution centres. They have expanded into the production of bespoke residential, student accommodation and hotel sectors. Due to an expanding workload, a Contracts Manager is sought to oversee a number of these projects. The Contracts Manager will be responsible for the planning and delivery of 4-5 projects valued between £1m - £10m. They will be managing the site teams and will be required to visit sites weekly. The Contracts Manager will be required to work on bids and tenders, produce building programmes and ensure that these are adhered to, implement H&S procedures and work closely with senior management, design and commercial staff. This opportunity would suit a Project Manager who is looking for a step-up with a greater degree of control and responsibility

Site Manager – Oxford – Main Contractor – Residential – £45,000 - £50,000 per annum. A Main Contactor are seeking a Site Manager to join their team on a project in Oxford. The Contractor offer a complete service from pre-planning to turn-key across a wide variety of sectors including residential, commercial fit –out and mixed-use schemes. Project values range from £3m to £12m. The Site Manager is sought for a new build residential project in Oxford. They will be required to manage the complete build programme of 14 houses from groundworks through to completion. The Site Manager will be supervising all trades and subcontractors and will be responsible for H&S procedures. This is a greenfield site and the houses will be traditional build. The Site Manager will ideally have worked on similar sized traditional build projects and have a strong construction knowledge. A valid CSCS, SMSTS and first aid are essential

Engineering Manager Main Contractor – Construction South East London – Site Based Permanent: £85,000 - £90,000 Freelance: Negotiable: £380 - £450 per day One of the World’s Leading Construction Main Contractors is currently searching for an individual to become the Engineering Manager on one of their most prestigious projects located in the heart of London. This project is a £4+ Billion redevelopment scheme with a current phase valuing £1.7 Billion. The current works consist of Structural Frame installation which consists of both Reinforced Concrete Frames and Structural Steel Engineering so experience working on this phase of works is essential. This individual must have a very strong Engineering background and have strong experience managing a range of engineering personnel including Site Engineers, Temporary Works Design Engineers, Structural Engineers and Project Engineers. This person must be comfortable managing 50+ personnel, reporting to the onsite Director. Role: - Manage a range of specialist engineering personnel throughout the project, covering all aspects of construction from Temporary Works, Civil Engineering and Structural Frame Installation. - Liaise with onsite Construction personnel including Construction and Technical Directors, as well as Senior and Project Engineers. - Deliver daily and weekly progress reports to other department heads and deliver briefings to your management team. Required: - An individual with at least 5 years experience working in a managerial role, specifically in the Engineering aspect of construction. - You must have strong engineering expertise and preferably will have progressed up from a Senior/Project Engineer occupation. - Relevant Construction Certificates are required including CSCS and SMSTS. This is a site based role on one of the UK’s most iconic projects at the moment. This project is expected to last at least another 3 years and will offer long term, stable employment to individuals whether it be in a freelance of permanent sense.
