We are currently working with a public sector body who are looking to recruit a Permanent Contracts Manager to manage the delivery of planned programs. Reporting to the Head of Operations you will ensure operational and commercial performance across their programme of works. You will manage the contract and work outputs ensuring they are completed to agreed standards, within budget. You will manage and supervise staff, covering recruitment, performance reviews, managing performance issues. The successful candidate will have a trade background with demonstrable operational management experience. You will have worked within the social housing repairs sector previously, either directly for a Housing Association, Council or partnered contractor.
