We are recruiting for an electrical or HVAC biased engineering supervisor to take ownership of a maintenance operation within a facility in the Blackpool area. This will involve all building services maintenance supervision plus client liaison and compliance management and hands-on duties. On Offer: The Site Manager will be paid a basic salary of circa 33-35k. Mon-Fri 40 hours per week, standard days. The role is a permanent position with associated package. We are recruiting for an experienced maintenance electrician completing PPM and reactive maintenance to a prestigious facility in the Chester area. You will be expected to have good all round knowledge of other FM disciplines. Description Within the maintenance electrician static role you will be working within a team of engineers carrying out all planned preventative and reactive maintenance tasks across a prestigious retail facility. The position is a temp ongoing role with a possibility of a permanent vacancy for the right candidate. Day work with on-call weekend work. Basic - £14.00-£15.00/hr Overtime available. Duties & Responsibilities To undertake planned and reactive maintenance tasks on electrical, control, basic mechanical and building fabric systems To cover all maintenance of electrical distribution, controls, lighting, emergency systems, building services plant room electrical systems.
