I am working with an award winning Chartered Architectural Practice which has been established for more than 30 years. They are located in Leicestershire, based in modern offices and use the latest CAD systems. They work on a variety of exciting projects across the commercial and residential sectors both in the UK and abroad. Having won 3 projects just this week they are seeking a Senior Architectural Technician to join their passionate and innovative team.
You will be joining a medium sized team, very diverse, highly innovative and creative. They have a committed approach to work and as the practice is growing you will have the opportunity to progress your career.
The successful Senior Architectural Technician will be producing working drawings and detailed packages for a variety of construction stages of projects. You will have solid Technical knowledge and working through RIBA Work stages 0 -4 in the commercial sector and you will be working to tight timelines.
Essential Skills:
• Able to Produce working and detailed drawings.
• Proficient using AutoCAD or Revit
• You will have a solid Technical knowledge on working through RIBA stages on commercial projects
• Have experience in Job Running
• Must have knowledge of UK building regulations and planning applications.
This is a Full-time, permanent position, Working Hours 9.00am - 5.30pm
