Reporting into the Construction Director, the duties of the successful applicant will include taking this new build site through from initial groundwork’s to final hand over, supervision of sub-contractors, chairing progress meetings, Q.A. control and the provision of H&S Training.
Applicants MUST have at least 5 years’ experience as a lead manager on site with a UK based residential developer or main contractor delivering a high quality project against challenging deadlines and strict budget:
• MUST have extensive residential experience
• MUST have High Rise, RC Frame experience to a minimum of 12 storeys
• MUST have strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
• MUST be competent with IT
