Site Managers who have experience of local authority projects ( Schools, Hospitals, courts and libraries ) are of particular interest for these roles, along with Managers with some residential experience either in the conversions of Mills into Apartments or small scale New Build Residential sites. Projects under your control will range from £1m - £4m so it is essential that you comfortable with sites of this size.
