They are looking for a Contracts Manager who will come on board and embrace their values Job Description The Contracts Manager will be responsible for the delivery a number of groundworks projects in the South East/London area, they will be responsible for ensuring the projects are compliant in their delivery. They will also be responsible for the following: •Ensure compliance with the contract drawings and specifications •Management of cost centre budget •Ensure KPIs are met and published to client specification •Lead the programme ensuring key stakeholders are involved •Build a strong relationship within the wider senior teams and the with the client •Client interfacing The Successful Applicant The ideal Contracts Manager will have previous experience in project delivery and contract management, they will also have experience in a civil engineering environment and in piling/geotechnics ideally. Job description: I have a fantastic opportunity for a P6 Planner to work with one of the UK's largest Civil Engineering/Infrastructure contractors on a Multi Million Pound project in Birmingham. You will be working with a highly professional and skilled team helping deliver this flagship project to high spec and standard. Apart from having the opportunity to work on one of the UK's Major Infrastructure Projects you will also be earmarked for future projects due to this Contractor already securing a strong Order Book. As a P6 Planner you will be responsible for: * Involvement with Site Team in all aspects of project planning, programming and progress monitoring, including information flow, procurement, and site works. * To liaise with the Client, subcontractors, suppliers and designers on all matters relating to planning, and to attend and contribute to site meetings and other associated meetings. * Assist in the management of change in regards of impact on programmes and progress. * Provide the planning service on tenders and projects * Attend pre-contract meeting to explain the planning aspects of the contract. * Office based or site based as an integral part of the bid or project teams. * Monitor and prepare a progress report on the project programme. * Maintain look ahead programmes and advise on implications to both Client & Project Team. * Competence of Planning software (Primavera P6) * Consider and discuss alternatives with the Project Manager. * Advise and liaise with in-house temporary work and design engineers of project requirements. * Contribute to Risk Assessment and review of programme and method Implement Company procedures. * Appraise, co-ordinate and integrate subcontract and design programmes. * Champions good planning practice by all involved in the project * Maintain the as-built programme, be able to tell the story of what happened and why * Act as map maker for the project Essential Requirements/Qualifications: * Appropriate Degree (desirable) / HNC (minimum). * CSCS card required. * Extensive industry experience in Civil Engineering and Infrastructure * Ability to communicate the planning strategy for a complex programme to the wider team to ensure accuracy of information. * Experience of working within a collaborative environment. * Knowledge of Project Controls including earned value and schedule risk analysis. * Other software Microsoft applications including Excel, Powerpoint, Word is desirable Salary and Benefits: * £40 -50,000 Basic Salary * Car Allowance * Travel Paid * Pension * Health care * 25 Days holiday This is a fantastic opportunity for a P6 Planner to work on one of Europe's largest infrastructure projects with an established and prestigious leading Civil Engineering Contractor

They currently have a large RC Frame project in Battersea worth £18 Million which they need an experienced H&S Manager for. Key accountabilities: •Ensuring that all operational staff across all sites adopt safe working practices, and embrace the HSE culture of the business •Auditing and reporting on key H&S metrics, raising areas of concern and advising on appropriate remedial action •Completing accident and incident investigations as necessary The successful individual will have experience working in the construction sector with new build and RC frame experience specifically. They will be able to work with people across all levels of the business, from operational staff to the senior leadership team. Initally you will start off on a 8- 12 week contract and you will be able to sub-contract yourselves direct to the contractor there after, resulting in a pay increase. You MUST have atleast 3 years Site management experience on Groundworks packages ranging from residential to commercial packages to be considered. You Must have your SMSTS and CSCS card.
