The position I have available is with a well known house builder in the Kent area. Due to the demand for new homes my client have created a new role for someone to be involved in the Build Planning to aid the site teams. The ideal candidate for this role will have on-site experience with a residential developer or contractor OR will have experience as a Planner on residential projects. Due to the nature of the role you will need to be computer illiterate and preferably degree educated.
