CRS Professionals is a dynamic and forward thinking recruitment consultancy run by directors with over 25 years' construction recruitment experience. We cover sectors such as Construction, Building Services, Property & Real Estate, Architecture, Facilities Management, Civil & Structural and Health & Safety and work with interim, freelance and permanent professionals. The unique advantage for our clients and candidates is a bespoke and tailored solution to their recruitment needs, based on extensive industry knowledge and experience, with a network of contacts within the Midlands region.
Having worked for global recruitment businesses, both Directors have extensive experience working on placing freelance, interim and permanent construction & property professionals into a wide range of positions. Wanting to offer a more tailored, competitive and personal recruitment experience, they established their own consultancy in Birmingham in July 2011.
In February 2013, we were joined by Simone Bacciocchi, Senior Business Manager and expert in Structural and Civil recruitment. With 10 years experience in the industry, she also delivers the expertise to our clients and candidates that CRS strive to deliver and that is required in the business.
The company ethos is to gain a better understanding of our clients’ business in order to provide them with the most relevant recruitment solution on the market and to offer our candidates’ a professional, honest & reliable service to help further their career in the industry. We appreciate and understand that a “one size fits all” approach doesn’t work so our approach is bespoke and relevant to you.
