Due to the consistent success of their Northern region, they are now looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor with at least 2 years experience to join their offices in Manchester. An Assistant Quantity Surveyor would also be considered for the role dependant upon their experience.
Preference for a house building Quantity Surveyor, responsible for running four sites on their own initiative and somebody with good negotiating skills would be essential. Our client usually has sites ranging between 50 - 350 units and they only do new build bespoke and traditional homes. You will be joining a strong, already established commercial team who can offer extensive training and the chance to work on a range of prestigious schemes with minimal travel involved.
