The ideal candidates would have some groundwork's/ foundations experience. The desired Site Manager must have the following: Experience of running projects up to 2 million Contractor background. Senior Project Manager Location: Brighton Sector: Major Projects / Regeneration An established and fast-growing main contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to deliver a high-profile regeneration scheme on the South Coast. The business operates within a supportive but high-performing environment, offering long-term career progression and the opportunity to work on complex, technically challenging projects. The Project The role centres around a major seafront regeneration scheme involving the demolition, replacement and refurbishment of historic structures.
