* Recognised experience in coordinating Temporary works, Rigging Activities and Lifting Activity approvals (Preferably qualified Lifting AP).

Morrison Water Services is currently looking to recruit Senior Quantity Surveyors to work on our HS2 contracts in Balsall Common.
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be commercially responsible for your own works package as part of our pro-active delivery team who are responsible for planning, design, coordination and construction of multi-utility diversions.
HS2 is a state-of-the-art, high-speed line critical for the UK’s low-carbon transport future. It will provide much needed rail capacity across the country and is integral to rail projects in the North and Midlands. This all helps to re-balance the UK economy. Our works are performed on behalf of Tier 1 Joint Venture organisations across the prestigious HS2 Phase 1 project from London to Birmingham
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor your duties and responsibilities will be:
Administer the NEC form of contracts
Raise early warning notices to the client and subcontractors
Identifying, notifying and pricing of compensation events
Production or supporting the production of CVRs and P&L reports
Manage subcontractors from tender enquiries to final accounts
