Due to growth in their Energy Services team, they are now looking to recruit an experienced chiller maintenance & repair engineer to assist in the delivery of contracts across the South East.
Key Responsibilities
Engineers should be confident & capable of working unsupervised on a range of chiller products and ideally have at least 8-10 years' experience of working in the air conditioning & Chiller sector.
This Service Engineer will need to be able to work unsupervised on air cooled & water-cooled chiller machines used in mainly large scale comfort cooling applications, at clients in Central London, M25 and Home Counties. Chillers can range from 150Kw up to 800Kw+
The Chiller Engineers duties will be mixed; Routine maintenance, annual service visits, fault finding, providing repairs, attending breakdown calls.
The majority of work will be on chillers, but Service Engineers need to also ideally have experience of working on general AC units too.

A facilities management company are currently on the lookout for an Air Conditioning Engineer to work on their commercial contracts team in and around the Essex area of the M25.
This position is for an Air Conditioning Engineer who is likely to have a minimum of 5 years industry experience with the majority being maintenance based, but you will also have spent a bit of time on the install side of the industry.
The company is well established and now employs over 30 engineers in and around the London area. Throughout the coronavirus situation their business has been robust, primarily due to the breadth of work that they carry out with a large proportion of it being in the healthcare sector. As such, if you have experience of maintaining air-con systems within hospitals and clinics, this could be a distinct advantage.
You will be undertaking maintenance works and need to be able to quickly and accurately diagnose faults and repair necessary on a wide range of plant from manufacturers such as Daikin, Mitsubishi etc.
You will need to hold your NVQ or City & Guilds qualification in air conditioning and hold a current FGas certificate.
Their working hours are 08:00-16:30, Monday to Friday while a significant amount of overtime is available if you want it.
They have a 1 week in 10 call out rota while they supply a company vehicle, 22 days holiday + bank holidays, rising to 25 days following 3 years' service.
You will be working from home reporting in to their London based office on an ad hoc basis while their main sites are based in Tooting and near Sutton. As such being based somewhere within the M25 on the south east side will be ideal while giving you the flexibility to reach other contracts towards Essex and Kent easily.
