* Full Gas and Plumbing Qualifications for commercial boilers gas heaters, heating systems and plumbing
* Experience on commercial / industrial installations required
* Emergency Repairs
* Interprets blueprints and building specifications to map layout for pipes, drainage systems, and other plumbing materials
* Installs pipes and fixtures, such as sinks and toilets, for water, gas, steam, air, or other liquids

* Assembles fittings and valves for installation

TSR are recruiting for Commercial Plumbers to join an existing Midlands-based engineering team in commercial / industrial installation and maintenance projects for multiple clients across the UK.
Driving license required
* Full Gas and Plumbing Qualifications for commercial boilers gas heaters, heating systems and plumbing
* Experience on commercial / industrial installations required
* Emergency Repairs
* Interprets blueprints and building specifications to map layout for pipes, drainage systems, and other plumbing materials
* Installs pipes and fixtures, such as sinks and toilets, for water, gas, steam, air, or other liquids
* Installs supports for pipes, equipment, and fixtures prior to installation
* Assembles fittings and valves for installation
* Modifies length of pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing materials as needed for a building
* Uses saws and pipe cutters as necessary
* Installs heating and air-conditioning systems, including water heaters
* Collaborates with contractors, construction workers, electricians, pipefitters, and steamfitters in installing and repairing plumbing
* Tests plumbing systems for leaks and other problems
* Analyses problem and identifies appropriate tools and materials for repair
* Chooses plumbing materials based on budget, location, and intended uses of building
* Follows health and safety standards and complies with building codes
* Writes report documenting the problem and summary of actions taken
* Performs inspections of plumbing systems to identify and replace worn parts
* Prepares bids and schedules and oversees other workers, such as apprentices and helpers

Responsibility for ensuring installation of British Gypsum product specification of Housing projects, working collaboratively with the site to ensure maximum commercial advantage and commitment through the supply chain
ensuring compliance across all sites with BG specified system products, promoting our Plasterboard Recycling Service and arranging subsequent visits where necessary
ensure complete system compliance is maintained with the ability to overcome objections about non-compliance
policing site compliance management and promoting new products with our House builder accounts
working collaboratively gaining maximum value from our Housing agreements through our value and product leadership proposition by interacting with a multitude of stakeholders of varying authority levels on siteWhat skills and experience are we looking for?

Job Purpose:
Generally it is the role of the Site Manager to plan and organise the daily activities needed to effectively complete interior refurbishment contracts, ensuring that the project is delivered on program and to the required quality. Working on site you will need to liaise with the client, other construction professionals and sometimes members of the public and at all times present a professional image and maintain the WFC brand.
Contracts will include the fit out and refurbishment of bars, restaurants, nightclubs, casinos, bingo halls, bowling alleys, health and fitness centres, theatres and hotels. In general, contract values range from £50,000 to £5,000,000.
