The Role
We are seeking an experienced Pre-Construction Manager to lead all pre-contract activities and ensure the successful transition of projects from client instruction through to contract execution. This is a pivotal role within TG Escapes, focused on securing viable, profitable projects while coordinating internal teams, consultants, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Job Requirements: Produce design deliverables, including drawings, reports, and specifications, in line with applicable Railway Group and Network Rail standards, as well as client requirements. Work closely with the wider design team to maintain consistency and quality across all project deliverables.
