This is a client-facing consultancy role, managing projects across Greater Manchester and the Midlands. The portfolio currently includes approximately nine Greater Manchester projects plus wider Midlands assignments involving development infrastructure, recladding and fire-safety remediation. The role is home-based with regular site travel, typically no more than two visits per day. Reports and administration are completed from home, with overnight stays around once or twice per month.
