We are recruiting for an experienced Contractor-Side NEC4 Project Manager to support the delivery of a major, long-term civil engineering and infrastructure scheme in Leeds. The project, which focusses on the remediation of a wetland is a large, complex, multi-disciplinary infrastructure programme involving significant earthworks, drainage, structural concrete and environmental works, delivered under NEC4 . The works extend into autumn and winter delivery periods , making programme certainty, sequencing and interface management critical to success. We are recruiting for an experienced Contractor-Side NEC4 Project Manager to support the delivery of a major, long-term civil engineering and infrastructure scheme in Leeds. The project, which focusses on the remediation of a wetland is a large, complex, multi-disciplinary infrastructure programme involving significant earthworks, drainage, structural concrete and environmental works, delivered under NEC4 . The works extend into autumn and winter delivery periods , making programme certainty, sequencing and interface management critical to success. The scheme has a target completion date of September 2027 , with an early completion incentive in place. As such, this role is heavily programme-led and coordination-focused , rather than traditional site management. The Role This position acts as the Contractor-Side Project Manager under NEC4 , with a strong focus on governance, control and assurance within a live contract environment.
