About You We are looking for a proven Contracts Manager with extensive experience within the flat roofing sector. Essential Experience Significant experience managing flat roofing projects. Strong knowledge of reinforced bitumen membrane (RBM) roofing systems. Experience delivering commercial roofing projects. Ability to manage multiple live sites simultaneously. Strong technical understanding of flat roofing construction and detailing. Excellent knowledge of warm roofs, inverted roofs and green roof systems. Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. Strong programme and resource management skills. Commercial awareness and experience managing contract variations. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Full UK Driving Licence. Desirable Experience Experience working with leading manufacturer-approved systems, particularly Bauder. Knowledge of single-ply, hot melt and liquid-applied waterproofing systems. Experience with green roofing and integrated solar/PV installations.
