Work closely with the commercial team to monitor budgets, variations, costs and overall project performance. Manage procurement, subcontractors, suppliers and labour requirements. Chair and attend regular progress meetings with clients, consultants and project teams. Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Carry out regular site visits and project reviews. Ensure all projects are delivered in accordance with company Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental procedures. Ensure RAMS, permits, inspections and other project documentation are maintained to the required standard. Identify opportunities to improve project delivery, efficiency and profitability. Assist with resolving contractual, technical and operational issues. Ensure projects are successfully handed over, including snagging, completion documentation and final accounts. Support the continued development of the business through repeat business and strong client relationships. About You We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager / Senior Project Manager / Construction Manager with a strong background in commercial construction, fit-out, refurbishment or general building. You will ideally have experience managing multiple projects and teams and be confident dealing directly with clients, subcontractors and consultants. Essential Experience Proven experience within a Contracts Manager, Senior Project Manager or similar position. Strong background in construction, commercial fit-out, refurbishment or interiors. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong understanding of construction programmes, project delivery and contractual requirements. Proven experience managing site teams and subcontractors. Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project costs and profitability. Excellent client-facing and communication skills. Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and make confident decisions. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to UK-wide projects.
