Assistant Branch Manager required for our client who are a specialist building materials supplier based in the Carlisle area. Our client is seeking an experienced Assistant Branch Manager with a background in building products / materials to join their growing team. The suitable candidate should have strong supervision / management skills and have a good understanding of the building materials industry.
The Assistant Branch Manager will be expected to help manage the branch team and will be responsible for ensuring the branch sales and targets are exceeded whilst delivering the same high-level of customer service. A high level of motivational and people skills is essential to certify the productivity of all team members and the branch itself.
