We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Technical Services Manager to join the project team on a major commercial refurbishment project in Central London. The project involves the cut-and-carve refurbishment of a Grade II listed building, transforming the existing structure through a high-quality CAT A fit-out. Manage the production and review of O&M manuals, as-built drawings and final handover information.
