Your visual inspections demonstrate a deep understanding of enclosure integrity and removal quality. You know when not to progress a clearance, communicate findings clearly, and maintain independence and impartiality. Fibre counting, result validation and interpretation are executed with accuracy and backed by rigorous documentation, even in dynamic conditions on large or complex projects. Regulatory & Technical Compliance You will demonstrate a thorough hands-on understanding of the Control of Asbestos Regulations, HSG248, HSG264 and UKAS requirements, applying internal quality procedures so work remains compliant, auditable and defensible. You maintain traceability from samples to results, follow method statements and risk assessments, and exercise professional judgement in non routine situations. You keep pace with regulatory change and emerging best practice, contribute to internal technical discussions, support audits and reviews, and uphold the integrity of the accredited management system through disciplined, consistent working. Technical Reporting Convert detailed site observations into clear, accurate and technically robust reports.
