We're working with a Tier 1 main contractor on an exciting 75m hotel redevelopment in Central London. The project involves a full refit of guest rooms and communal areas, alongside structural works to modernise and upgrade the existing building. With a 92-week programme, this scheme offers genuine exposure to large-scale, complex construction, the perfect opportunity to develop your experience and work closely with a talented commercial team. As the Number 2 QS on the project, you'll support the Senior Quantity Surveyor in all aspects of cost management, procurement, and subcontractor coordination from start to finish.
