Proven experience in a Commercial Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor role. Strong background in water, utilities, civil engineering, M&E or MEICA projects. Excellent knowledge of NEC contracts and commercial management principles. Demonstrable experience managing project costs from award through to final account. Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary project teams. Desirable Experience Water and wastewater treatment project experience. Experience working within framework contracts. Professional membership or chartered status (MRICS, MCIOB or equivalent).
