What We Are Looking For: Tier 1 / Major Contractor Experience: Proven track record as a Commercial Manager or Regional Commercial Manager overseeing 30m- 50m+ portfolios within a large-scale Main Contractor or Specialist Service Provider. Social Housing Expertise: Deep commercial fluency in social housing maintenance contracts (M3NHF, JCT, NEC3/4, TPC2005/TAC-1) across reactive repairs, voids, and planned works. Regional Mobility: Willingness and ability to travel across contracts and regional hubs in the Southeast of England. Specialist Risk Knowledge: High level of competence in managing commercial risk and scope management around legal disrepair, damp, and mould. Strategic & Financial Acumen: Advanced financial modelling, negotiation skills, and a strong track record of driving margin improvements across high-volume contracts. Qualifications: Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or equivalent. Professional chartership ( MRICS or MCIOB ) is highly desirable.
