Quantity Surveyor St Helens Salary: Up to 65,000 Our client is a specialist subcontractor delivering dry lining, interiors and passive fire protection packages on some of the UK's most recognisable developments. Working alongside leading main contractors, they continue to secure a diverse range of projects including sports stadia, major shopping centres, residential developments and commercial schemes. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team in St Helens. The Role As Quantity Surveyor, you'll be responsible for the commercial management of multiple projects from procurement through to final account, working closely with project and operational teams to ensure successful delivery. Your responsibilities will include: Commercial management of multiple live projects. Preparing valuations, applications for payment and final accounts. Procurement and management of subcontractors and suppliers. Cost reporting, forecasting and budget control. Pricing and agreeing variations. Managing project cash flow and commercial risk. Building strong relationships with clients, site teams and supply chain partners. The Opportunity This is an opportunity to join a business with a strong order book and a reputation for delivering specialist packages on some of the UK's most recognisable developments. Rather than being tied to one long-term project, you'll enjoy a varied workload across sports stadia, major retail destinations, residential developments and commercial schemes. You'll be joining a commercial team where you'll have genuine ownership of your projects, work closely with senior decision-makers and have the opportunity to progress as the business continues to grow.
