A diverse Learning Area, the curriculum includes programmes across levels 1-5, with a full degree programme (level 6). A strong Work based Learning provision forms part of the delivery activities. Staff are passionate and committed in ensuring the many learners in this area achieve their full potential, through innovative teaching styles and excellent outcomes.
The programmes are currently delivered at two campuses, Tycoch and Gorseinon, with circa 75% of the provision being delivered at the Tycoch campus.

The Construction Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the project is progressing as planned, is completed on time, within budget, and to the expected quality standards; and that sub-contractors are performing, best practice is being followed, and there is good information flow. The successful candidate will have experience managing large scale construction projects, particularly in the energy, hydro or water sectors, and a good understanding of excavations, working on sloped sites and the pumped hydro energy storage technology.
