Mentor and support junior colleagues, including assisting with professional development and chartership progression. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders. Prepare technical documentation, specifications and presentations to a high standard. Ensure projects are delivered in line with relevant health and safety legislation and industry standards. About You The ideal candidate will have: Chartered Membership of the Landscape Institute (CMLI) or Irish Landscape Institute (ILI). A degree or master's qualification in Landscape Architecture. Significant post-chartership experience, including leading large-scale multidisciplinary projects. Strong design capability with experience across all project stages, from concept through to construction and site delivery. Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills. Experience mentoring and supporting developing landscape architects. Strong technical knowledge, including specification writing and project delivery. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite; Revit experience would be advantageous. Good understanding of BIM processes and collaborative digital design. Knowledge of Irish planning processes and education sector projects would be beneficial.
