Report all accidents no matter how minor. •Keep up to date with product developments in the market sector. •Ensure the works are inspected at each key stage making sure they meet the standard required. •Arrange for the works to be inspected by the manufacturer if required. •Liaise with the main contractor with regards to the inspection regime giving them the opportunity to attend any inspections. •Ensure all plant is organised, used in a cost effective manner and is off hired immediately when not required. •Must be able to produce spread sheets in Excel and write basic letters and memo’s in word as necessary. •Maintain a full site diary recording all issues for reporting back to the site team. Qualifications and Education Requirements It will be expected that the Senior Project Manager will be working towards or achieved a relevant qualification (NVQ Level 4) /BSC in Construction Management – Built Environment or equivalent with a view to career development within the Company. Preferred Skills It will be expected that the Senior Project Manager will have at least 5 years’ experience in the role of project manager/site manager having been responsible or assisted in functions described above on façade, cladding, specialist metalwork or ceilings installations within the UK and be familiar with the systems currently used by Survey
