Report regularly to the senior leadership team on project and operational performance. Contribute to the continued growth and development of the business. About You This position would suit an experienced Operations Manager or Construction Manager who has the leadership capability to take responsibility for a wider operational function. You will have a strong main contracting background and a proven track record of managing multiple construction projects and senior delivery teams. Experience of delivering projects through frameworks, repeat-client relationships or public-sector procurement routes would be highly advantageous. You will ideally have experience across various sectors, together with the ability to manage a varied project portfolio. A proven ability to lead teams and drive project performance is also essential.
