Your new role Commercial property estates surveyor senior role, including covering a wide remit of leasehold acquisitions and/or disposals, lease advisory and rent/service charge/insurance & rates management, including for Depots and Delivery Units (DUs) throughout the UK. Managing and optimising a diverse property portfolio, providing expert advice, and handling a wide range of estate management responsibilities. This includes leasehold acquisitions and/or disposals, managing leases, re-gears, applications for consent, break options, surrenders, variations (varying leases to suit the business) where appropriate, lease renewals, rent reviews, dilapidations, as well as providing advice on property matters to internal and external stakeholders. Senior Quantity Surveyor (MEP) Bristol Permanent (Apply online only) plus package An exciting new opportunity has arisen for one of the leading Mechanical and Electrical contractors in the UK. They are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with a solid Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing background who will have at least 8 years Quantity Surveying experience. The role will be based in Bristol and has arisen due to the clients increasing project pipeline. You will be working across a variety of sectors within the building and infrastructure industry and the companies innovative, responsible and forward-thinking approach allows them to work on fantastic ground-breaking projects, providing solutions using the latest tools and technologies. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor you will implement best commercial practices to maintain and maximise the profitability and financial performance of medium to large projects. Expectations: Lead, assist and oversee the full commercial lifecycle of projects from pre-construction through to final account. Manage and negotiate contracts including JCT (all forms), NEC, Design & Build, and bespoke client frameworks. Have a solid Mechanical and Electrical background.
