Coordinate with production and logistics teams to align sequencing with factory capacity.  Risk Management & Compliance   Identify and manage design, planning, ecological, commercial, and construction risks. Ensure mitigation strategies are implemented and monitored. Maintain compliance with CDM regulations, sustainability standards, and timber-frame safety and quality guidance.  Client & Stakeholder Management   Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders. Lead client meetings, workshops, and presentations. Ensure a smooth transition from pre-construction to delivery teams.  Handover to Delivery   Produce comprehensive pre-construction handover documentation. Ensure design freeze, cost agreement, and scope clarity prior to contract award. Support delivery teams during project mobilisation as required.    Skills & Experience   Essential   Proven experience in pre-construction within modular (MMC) or off-site construction. Experience leading multidisciplinary design and technical teams. Strong commercial awareness and ability to interpret cost plans, BOQs, and tender documentation. Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.  Desirable   Experience within education and leisure sectors.
