Your responsibilities will include preparing detailed technical drawings, producing planning application packages, assisting with building regulations submissions, supporting junior technicians, carrying out measured building surveys, liaising with clients and consultants, and supporting projects through to delivery, among other duties.The ideal candidate will be an experienced technician with strong Revit skills and have experience working for a practice. Candidates will need to live within a commutable distance of the Barnstaple office or be willing to relocate. This is primarily an office-based role, with regular site visits expected a few times per week within an hour of the office.
