Multi Skilled Handyperson with qualifications in plumbing or carpentry required for a permanent maintenance position in Wimbledon Up to £31,000 pa plus holidays, pension and other superb benefits Position will cover at least three large commercial sites in the Wimbledon area and will require an experienced multi skilled multi trade person with provable qualifications in carpentry or plumbing. Essential Requirements: Previous experience of skilled maintenance and repair work in large commercial buildings Provable qualifications in plumbing or carpentry Multi trade experience in carpentry or plumbing Ability to perform general maintenance and repair work within large commercial buildings UK Driving licenceDuties will involve: Planned preventative maintenance that requires plumbing and carpentry work Reactive plumbing and carpentry repair General handy person work such as changing light bulbs and plugs, hanging new doors, assembly of shelves and various other general maintenance and repair work.
