School Caretaker - London
Do you have experience in working as a school caretaker? Do you pay attention to detail and are able to deliver high standard facilities support service? If so, read on!
Our clients are looking for school caretakers of a high calibre to work in schools in London. They will ensure that a high standard of cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene is maintained in the schools.
Responsibilities are:
Waste management.
Ground Maintenance.
Managing and maintaining health and safety issues.
Working with various service teams and contractors.
Supporting first responders in any given emergency.
Any other reasonable requests as directed by the facilities manager.
To deliver that you must be able to demonstrate:
Strong customer focus
High standard cleaning experience
Positive attitude in all work situations
Teamwork and flexibility to adapt and make informed decisions in challenging situations.
Ability to work under pressure
Confidence in communication
Punctuality and ability to use initiative.

Site Supervisor - Our Ladys of the Sea - Annes-on-sea (FY8)
The Governors of Our Lady Star of the Sea Primary School wish to appoint a hard-working, reliable and dedicated Site Supervisor to join our school team. The successful applicant will act as a key holder and contribute to the smooth running of the school by carrying out a range of site supervisor duties including security and supervision of the site, minor maintenance work, including the hall floor and ensuring all health and safety requirements are adhered to.
Job Type: Permanent, Part Time
Pay: £18,562 - £18,933 pro rata.
Hours: 20 Hours per week (Monday to Friday 7.00 - 8.00am and 3:30 - 6.30pm)
Although set hours (20hours) will be allocated (Monday to Friday 7.00 - 8.00am and 3:30 - 6.30pm) some flexibility will be required to meet the needs of the school. Holiday entitlement must be taken during school holidays. The ideal candidate must be flexible and able to work within a friendly, family orientated Catholic school community.
This is a highly valued and responsible position, and it is essential that the successful candidate can demonstrate:
Flexibility and commitment to work unsocial hours
Good social skills and an ability to communicate effectively
Initiative and the ability to work without supervision
