Opportunities have arisen for enthusiastic, presentable and well-spoken Lettings Negotiators for our clients, with offices in Reading, Caversham, Tilehurst, Twyford and Maidenhead. You will need to have A MINIMUM OF ONE YEAR previous Lettings experience to be considered for this role. Our clients are looking for the perfect candidate with a proactive approach to the Estate Agency industry and a willingness to work hard and exceed expectations to work within a dynamic and fun environment with real future progression in a valuers role for the right candidate. It is absolutely ESSENTIAL to be well presented, well-spoken and displaying a professional manner at ALL TIMES. You will be required to arrange & conduct viewings, canvass for new business and liaise with both tenants and landlords. Your determination and drive is the key factor in which my client will be looking for. You will show that you are target-driven, sales orientated and willing to go the extra mile to succeed. In return our clients are willing to offer a basic salary of £15,000 - £18,000, with potential ote of £40,000. Full UK driving license is required
