As a Senior Lettings Negotiator you will be confident in dealing with properties and clients across the range into the very top end and be involved in the whole Property Letting process from generating /carrying out viewings to Negotiating and offers through to their successful move ins. You will need to have the ability to build long term business relationships with tenants and Landlords, be focused and determined in working to targets and a strong team player. Responsibilities include but will not be limited to: Coordinating property Market appraisals and listings Effectively marketing properties to attract potential applicants Matching prospective tenants to suitable properties and arranging viewings accordingly Maintaining regular contact with tenants, landlords.
