Benefits Flexible working options Profit sharing scheme Company pension Extra annual leave day to celebrate your birthday Private healthcare after three years of service Key Responsibilities Prepare comprehensive technical drawings and construction packages from initial design stages through to project completion Assist with the preparation of planning applications and Building Regulations documentation Work closely with external consultants, contractors, and internal design teams to support smooth project coordination Attend site visits and provide technical support throughout the construction process Ensure all drawings and documentation meet current UK Building Regulations and industry standards Provide guidance, training, and mentoring to junior members of the technical team Support internal quality assurance procedures and maintain well organised project information Skills and Experience Qualification in Architectural Technology or a similar construction related discipline Solid background in producing technical information within a UK based architectural environment Competent user of Revit and AutoCAD, with experience of BIM processes being an advantage Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations, construction methods, and technical detailing Previous involvement in residential and or commercial sector projects Clear and confident communication skills with strong attention to detail Ability to manage workloads independently while working effectively as part of a team environment To apply, please call Sophie on (phone number removed) or alternatively, send your CV and Portfolio across to (url removed).
