Job Title: Assistant Quantity Surveyor Location: North Wales Role Overview: As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor , you will assist the commercial team in managing the financial aspects of projects. Engage with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain quotations and manage costs. Conduct site visits to assess project progress and commercial considerations. Requirements: Some experience in a Quantity Surveying or commercial role, preferably within the groundworks or civil engineering sector. Understanding of commercial and contractual aspects of construction projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant estimating software. Strong numerical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Relevant degree (e.g., Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering) or working towards a qualification.
