The Role

Draw attention to areas of potential problems related to activities being undertaken
Ensure that works being undertaken are to Pimlico’s standards
Provide inspection reports for each visit including photos when needed
Ensure customer satisfaction with work quality & engineer relations
Essential Requirements:
Previous experience of working in the property / building sector
Experience in project management and control of contractors
Ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and contractors, and enjoy motivating a team.
Full manual UK driving licence
Strong communication and administration skills with excellent attention to detail
Good commercial awareness and customer focus
