Mechanical Site Manager January 2026 - 12 Month Contract 1st Step Solutions are working on behalf a Tier 1 M&E Contractor that have a requirement for an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to join them on a new commercial project in SE London. You must have previous experience working with a Tier 1 M&E Contractor on large Shell & Core CAT A commercial projects and come from a Pipefitting background, with experience overseeing plantroom packages. Responsibilities Liaise with colleagues and supervisors on timeframe and labour requirement. You will be required to respond to mechanical issues as they occur.
