Working Mechanical Foreman Location: Yorkshire Salary: £35-£36k per annum Mon-Fri 40 hour week Ot after 40 hours & Sat- x1.5 & Sun- x 2 Paid travel. 23 days holiday plus stats Company pension Van & Fuel card. Paid Lodge and food allowance when working away. The Company: Our client is a leading provider of facilities maintenance and small work projects in the built environment. Working in partnership with some of the UK's best known companies & public sector contracts. They are a market leader in mechanical, electrical and fabric maintenance for both the private and public sector An exciting opportunity has arisen for a working mechanical foreman to undertake small works projects across the UK. Mechanical works values are up to £350k, often the work is quick turnaround and will require an organised individual to lead a small team of plumber/pipefitter.
