Key Responsibilities Carry out plumbing and gas repairs and maintenance works. Diagnose faults and complete repairs effectively and efficiently. Attend approximately 4 to 6 appointments per day. Ensure all work is completed in line with current regulations and safety standards. Provide excellent customer care and maintain a professional manner when dealing with tenants and homeowners. Complete relevant paperwork and job records accurately. Participate in the out-of-hours call-out rota on a 1-in-6-week basis. Requirements Essential Qualified Plumber with current Gas qualifications. Experience carrying out repairs and maintenance work in domestic properties. Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload. Full UK Driving Licence. Desirable Experience working within social housing or planned/reactive maintenance contracts. Additional trade skills would be advantageous.
